Love in many ways can be compared to wine. Both love and wine can have numerous effects on a person. They can make you feel warm and happy or sad and depressed, they can leave you intoxicated and clueless, and they can alter one's senses and emotions.
Wine can be intoxicating and cause one to act in strange and irrational ways. Love too, can cause foolish behavior. One in love doesn't act according to his intellect, but according to his heart. One bases decisions on his emotions rather than his logic. One may go against what he feels is right for the sake or attaining or maintaining love. Love can also blind you and instead of seeing the negative traits of another person, you see only their beauty and good qualities, but the same is true of love gone bad, one will see only the flaws in another person. Wine can affect one's emotions as well, it can cause mood swings from joy to depression...
