Although this is not wrong, it does leave out many key elements of what E-Commerce encompasses. E-Commerce encompasses processes directly and indirectly related to buying, selling, producing and trading of products or services with the use of computer networks. In the ensuing paper you will be introduced to some of the implications E-Commerce has not only on the customer, but on the operations management of the business utilizing it.
