Same Sex Marriage Wrong or Right???? The highly controversial subject of legalizing same sex marriage in each of the states is getting more and more attention in the legislature. With some states legalizing it and then abolishing it, this issue is proven to still be a complicated and controversial issue with no easy answer. While each state has it's own determination on whether or not same sex marriages should be recognized, many states do not view a same sex marriage as a legal union. So the question is should homosexual relationships be recognized by the law? Well who is to say but I am going to give valid reasons why it should be a recognized and also give the reasons why it should not be recognized. I plan to look at human rights, gay rights and state laws to prove my topic. First you have to determine what marriage is? Marriage is state of being husband and wife..
