I did the cultural project on the movie “Gladiator”. The movie connects to what we learned about Rome in many ways. One of the ways was in the movie the way the director animated the city of Rome, in my eyes it was spectacular. The coliseum was enormous, but it looked great, the way the statues looked was realism because it looked exactly like people. The thing that stands out in my mind the most was the fight scenes, they were so gory and high speed, the camera views were perfect for them. Another thing that stands out in my mind was the animated architecture, with all the buildings and beautiful statues, it so cool how they carved such beautiful things out of rock.
