The war on Iraq has become a controversial issue over the past few years. There are many people who support the war on Iraq but there are also people who are against it. There are many reasons for the invasion of Iraq by America and its Western Allies. Defeating Saddam Hussein was an easy task compares to the domestic evidence that occurring after the war. President George Bush reasons for invading Iraq was not strong or clear. Besides removing Saddam, Bush had an imperialistic reason for invading Iraq.
America made a commitment to wage a war against terrorism after the September 11, 2001 attacks. After the September 11 attacks, American invaded Afghanistan to remove Al-Qaida from power. Al-Qaida was responsible for the terrorist attacks because they were known for committing terrorism activities worldwide. The goal of invading Iraq was to capture Osama Bin Laden and his highly ranked officials and remove the Taliban region...
