Team Case Study
Team work is an important element to the success of most working relationship whether they be professional or personal. In both spheres, team work can be the determing factor for success of failure. It is therefore important to have established an organized set of guidelines in which to adhere to in times of conflict or miscommunication.
It also important that a team have a shared vision. If the team agrees to work towards a common goal, then it will be easier for the team to not become so easily distracted by the trivial issues that might present themselves from time to time within a group setting. Clear communication is also very important to insuring the success of any given team. In my studies as well as in past learning team experiences, I have discovered that miscommunication is on of the leading causes of dissention amongst members.
