Sharing pass experiences and knowledge
Each team member will posses different types of knowledge and past experiences, which will supply a lot of information even in one product or a small plan. These different views help members to have a more interesting plan, than they could ever have thought. For an example, when a company is beginning there strategy for a smaller business, they will be informed from staff from another branch. Getting team members to share their experiences in each area and provide information can help with problems in the first step of action.
Increase diversity of views and solution
Increasing shared opinions. Basically each member thinks apart, with this they would bring a different point of view to the procession. They can see a strong or weak of each others view. New innovations and creations can help them to succeed. As a member of the team, you will have your view which is set up from your believes and background. The others will have their own, whether you think it's correct or not!..
