The first part of the constitution is Article I. Article I explains the Legislative branch of the government. In the Legislative branch there are two parts, the House of Representatives, and the Senate. Article I states the guidelines to becoming a representative and an outline of their duties. It is argued by many that Article I is the most important Article. Others feel Article II, the Executive branch, is the most important. Article I also includes the process of a bill becoming a law, powers granted to congress, and powers denied to the states.
