Dave Matthews: A Role Model to All
As the music flowingly played throughout the concert hall; I was on cloud nine. I had never heard anything so enchanting in my life. The innovative sound of the music was so magical. As I listened all that was running through my mind was, how I had been so lucky to see such an amazing show. I was able to see my role model, my idol, Dave Matthews. Since the mid-nineties Dave Matthews has been a person I have found to be a true hero. Whether it is because of his moving music, or his humble attitude; he has always been a man I have idolized.
My obsession started all the way back in middle school. All of my friends were raving about this average Joe, who had a band made up of four people, with a weird violin; and the band was awkwardly named after him. At first I was a bit skeptical to listen to such drastically dissimilar music...
