... The week before the girls had thrown sanitary napkins at Carrie White yelling at her to plug it up because she had started her first menstrual period even in the locker room. This is a big part of the story I read because it is the first time you read about Carrie using her telekinetic powers and it also describes why she is so screwed up.
If you haven’t caught on I read the book Carrie, which is a Stephen King book about a teenage girl in her senior year of high school. Carrie is made fun of and teased because she is different. She is different in many ways some of which include her crazy mom, that prays day in and day out and thinks that Carrie having her period is a sin, another way she is different is that she has telekinesis, which is the power to move things with your mind. Some of the main people in my book that you might want to know of in case they come up in my speech are Chris-the girl that plays a cruel high school prank on Carrie
Sue- most popular girl in Carries high school going out with Tommy Ross
Tommy Ross- the most popular guy in school, who also happens to be the guy that Carrie has a crush on.
