This is a controversial issue to discuss internationally. However I firmly believe that the richer nations have major responsibility to look after the poorer nations at least providing the services in terms of food and education. Besides the man's efforts to make a rich country, there are lots of factors to be considered. Some of the important facts are, unequal distribution of natural resources over the earth, natural disasters happening frequently, prolonged absence of rain, internal war, etc. For examples, most of the oil fields are available in the Middle East countries, flood or cyclone in India and Bangladesh, severe drought in African countries and so on respectively.
To build a good nation, it is paramount important to have healthy citizens. In some countries, especially in poorer nations they are struggling to fulfill their food requirement for own citizens. Also this problem is keep on increasing with the increase of population and other rises in expenses every year. On the other hand, in richer countries, they produce more foods even excessively as same as other products and dump into ocean or used to feed animals to maintain the high demand in the world market. The interesting role is that most of the richer countries use these poor countries as a marketing place and even to get some raw material or cheap labors...
