Have you ever been made fun of? Called a dork, a stoner, or even a loser? It's not because of the things you do, or what you believe, but it's because you are different from that person and they feel "cooler" or more powerful than you are. Diversity is complete difference, unlikeness. I have noticed a lot of diversity everywhere in my community. I know that there is diversity because I see it everywhere I go. There are people that are all different kinds of races, many colors of skin, and some who even have disabilities. All of which are totally different from next. You could look for your entire life and you will never find two people who are exactly the same. They could look the same, but they sure don't act the same and like or do the same things...
