Introduction: Did you know there are over 300,000 fast food restaurants in the United States. The reason why is fast food so popular is because it's convenient, predictable, and fast. Fast food has become a part of the busy American lifestyle and its hurting Americans. Nutrition experts point out, fast food is often high in calories, sodium, fat and cholesterol. Health issues due to eating fast food brought obesity, and diabetes.
