There have been many different worldviews in throughout the history of our world. The very beginning is what is commonly referred to as the Ancient worldview, and today we have the modern worldview. Over the course of time the differences in these worldviews are great but there are also many similarities in which the views of the world have never changed.
The Ancient worldview held many views and was the first to really be known. In this worldview humanity was not seen as a very well thing and people had no trust or faith in almost anyone or anything. Along came Hammurabi's Code, which was the first set of written laws. In this Code were many laws such as the classic "eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth". No matter what happened and how much you fought it, if you did something you were getting the same punishment or worse in return. Also during this time were the pharaohs and other kings.
